About Respiratory Critical Care & Sleep Medicine Associates (RCSM)
RCSM is a premier, physician-led private practice dedicated to delivering advanced, compassionate care for respiratory and sleep health. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pulmonologist / Sleep Medicine Physician to join our growing team.
At RCSM, you will work in a modern clinical environment focused on comprehensive, patient-centered care and seamless multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of pulmonary and sleep disorders, including COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, obstructive sleep apnea, and insomnia.
Advanced Diagnostics: Interpret sleep studies, partnering with Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTFs) and managing Home Sleep Tests (HSTs).
Patient-Centered Care: Provide high-quality outpatient clinical care, consultative services, and long-term follow-up management.
Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Quality & Education: Champion quality care initiatives and support patient education programs to empower individuals in their health journeys.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Training: Successful completion of an Internal Medicine residency and a fellowship in Sleep Medicine. Additional fellowship training in Pulmonary Disease is highly preferred.
Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible (BC/BE) in Sleep Medicine (and Pulmonary Disease, if applicable).
Licensure: Active, unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
