Practice Setting

• Outpatient sleep medicine clinic, evaluation and management across all ages
• Multidisciplinary support, respiratory therapy and sleep technologists plus access to pulmonology, cardiology, neurology, and ENT
• Common diagnoses include OSA and other sleep related breathing disorders, insomnia, hypersomnia and narcolepsy, RLS and PLMD, REM sleep behavior disorder

Schedule

• Monday through Friday coverage
• Daytime clinic hours
• No call
• Credentialing typically runs about 8 weeks from confirmation letter

Cases and Procedures

• Home and ambulatory sleep testing, actigraphy and oximetry
• Interpretation of attended polysomnograms, including sleep stage scoring
• Interpretation of MSLT, MWT, and sleep logs
• Initiation and management of positive airway pressure therapy

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Disease also accepted
• New Hampshire license, or Open to IMLC Physicians with an active LOQ
