The Maine Sleep Center at Chest Medicine Associates seeks a physician fellowship-trained in sleep medicine to expand our multi-disciplinary sleep medicine services. 

Chest Medicine Associates is a well-established, private practice organization in S. Portland, Maine.  We have provided regional expertise in sleep medicine, pulmonology, medical and neurological critical care for more than thirty years.  The Maine Sleep Center at CMA is an AASM-accredited facility that provides comprehensive sleep medicine care including behavioral sleep medicine services.   We also provide outreach services regionally to our partner facilities.  

Sleep physician responsibilities include comprehensive patient care, sleep test interpretation (remote or in office), and collaboration with advanced practice providers.  Physician call for the sleep labs is shared. Our practice environment is intellectually stimulating, collegial, organized, and supportive.

Candidates with neurology or otolaryngology backgrounds are encouraged to inquire.  The position is 100% outpatient, although inpatient opportunities may be available if desired.  Fellowship training and board certification/eligibility in sleep medicine are required.
