Sleep Center Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sleep Center Manager to oversee end-to-end operations across a multi-site sleep program. This role leads clinical workflows, staff performance, patient access, and operational efficiency across in-lab studies, HSAT, scheduling, insurance authorization, and DME coordination.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the full sleep patient journey from referral to diagnosis to therapy and can optimize each step for quality, access, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations: PSG, CPAP/BIPAP titrations, Inspire and HSAT
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and coverage
Ensure timely insurance authorizations and reduce delays/denials
Coordinate with DME providers for PAP setup and follow-up
Monitor lab utilization, study volume, and turnaround times
Ensure AASM compliance and clinical quality standards
Lead staff performance and workflow improvements
Qualifications

Experience managing a sleep lab, sleep center, or similar clinical operation
Strong knowledge of sleep workflows, PAP therapy, and AASM standards
Experience with scheduling, authorizations, and DME coordination
Proven leadership and operational management skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (Required)
