Located in Austin, a leading healthcare group dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by sleep disorders is seeking an equally dedicated Sleep Medicine Physician with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a member of our dynamic team you will play a crucial role in the assessment, diagnosis and management of sleep disorders through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach consisting of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and sleep technologists.
The Practice:
Texas Sleep Medicine is a well established private practice with two locations, a five bed AASM accredited sleep laboratory, home sleep testing and CPAP services to serve the needs of a large and growing referral base within the community. Our facilities and clinical team of a medical director and four nurse practitioners are committed to delivering high-quality care with a focus on patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.
The Position:
- BC/BE in sleep medicine
- Eligible for Texas medical license
- Avg daily patient volume 24-28
- Nurse Practitioner supervision; support staff
- Interpreting sleep studies
- Base salary $250 - $300k plus incentive bonus. Benefit package includes health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, CME allowance, paid licensure, and malpractice policy, 401(k) with match.
