Highlights: Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work with our Sleep Medicine group at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN.
Full time Monday through Friday schedule
No call or weekends
Outpatient only
Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)
